Conference Overview
The Game/AI Conference 2012 has moved to Vienna, Austria on the 17th and 18th of September for two days of informative presentations about AAA games, insights into indie games, and inspiring keynotes from industry veterans. Tuesday and Wednesday, you’ll hear the latest techniques and trends on the topics of character animation, gameplay and of course artificial intelligence.
On the Monday, the day before the main event, there’s a separate symposium focusing on the use of behavior trees in the most recently released AAA games in the business. Behavior trees have become the gold standard for decision making in commercial titles over the last couple of years, and on the 17th you’ll find out why!
On the Thursday following the main event, there is a symposium focusing on procedural animation. You will learn everything from the low-level implementation details to the process of creating motion with procedural animation systems.
If you have any additional questions you can ask <events at AiGameDev.com by email and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
